Customer Appreciation Day

Well I’m back from vacation and getting right into the preparation for our 2nd Annual Customer Appreciation Day. It is this Saturday from noon to 3 PM so let’s hope there is no rain. The event will go on rain or shine we’ll just have to get Don an umbrella and bring the rest of the event inside. We’re still putting the finishing touches on the list of items to sample but as it stands now we have 6 beer tables and about 25 beers to taste. 3 wine tables in the back with 15 wines. And 3 liquor tables as well.

There are more details in last week’s newsletter and on the website (corksfinewine.com) and I will update a complete list of all the items being sampled by tomorrow. I’m going to keep this brief as I need to get stuff done so we’re ready for the event. I apologize for the lack of sports references…OK just 1…see ya Manny we’re a better team without you, and for the lack of comedy as my kids sucked all the humor out of me during my vacation.

Once again there will be no tastings on Thursday or Friday as we prepare the store for our annual BBQ. Let’s cross our fingers for a nice day and I hope you all can stop by and give us a chance to thank you for being loyal Cork’s customers.
